 My Application for Amritsar Rural Congress District President—Submitted to AICC Observer CP Joshi Ji"

With the refuge and grace of Guru Sahib and the blessings of senior leaders, I humbly submitted my application to AICC Observer Shri CP Joshi Ji for the post of Congress Party District President (Amritsar Rural). If the senior leadership and the Congress workers of Amritsar district repose their faith in me, I will, as always, work day and night to strengthen the organisation at the booth level and make every possible effort to ensure the Congress Party’s victory in the 2027 Assembly elections.

• Booth-level strengthening: Establish complete committees at every booth, implement the panna-pramukh system, keep voter data up to date, and build a strong grassroots connection.

• Worker respect and training: Conduct regular training camps, workers’ conventions, and monthly reviews to empower and energise the ground cadre.

• Inclusive leadership: Ensure active roles for youth, women, and the SC Department to expand organisational participation across all villages.

• Digital communication: Build booth-wise WhatsApp/social media networks for fast and transparent communication.

• 2027 election preparedness: Achieve 100% voter contact, robust booth management, and an issue-based campaign to pave the path to victory.

I extend heartfelt thanks to my senior leadership and every Congress colleague in the Amritsar district who have given me love and encouragement so far. With your suggestions, blessings, and support, together we will make the Congress organisation in Amritsar Rural the strongest—from booth to ballot.
